Virtual Closet Edit

You could say I’ve hit my stride in terms of keeping myself and a toddler (my daughter, Cavin) busy during this time. In the mornings we make breakfast, play, run around with the dogs, and then it’s time for her nap. I’ve essentially spent almost 28 naps worth of Ali time wracking my brain on how to provide value to women right now.

As I was spring cleaning a couple of weekends ago, it hit me like a ton of bricks: virtual closet edits. Now is the time when we bring spring and summer wardrobes to the forefront of our closets. We will store away all fall and winter items (either physically or emotionally), dust off the hangers, and toss what we no longer want.

Since closet edits are the bread and butter of my business, I want to continue to offer them, but now women everywhere can benefit. During a closet edit, I help clients decide what they should and should not wear based on their body type, personality, and lifestyle. There’s no reason why this cannot be accomplished over FaceTime.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Let’s set up a phone call to map out our plan of attack.
  2. I’ll email you some pre-work to take care of prior to our appointment.
  3. One on one virtual closet edit appointment begins.

The duration and focus of this appointment is entirely up to you as I charge by the virtual hour. We can focus on one category in your closet at a time or all categories. We will discuss how to properly store fall and winter items, as well as what you should toss, keep, tailor, or donate. Basically, all of the usual suspects, but virtually.

Lastly, 10 percent of all virtual closet edits will go to Help Feed the Front Line of COVID-19 – a fundraiser that provides meals to medical front liners in New York (my friend is spearheading this and they’ve already raised over $28,000)! Meals are just one less thing for these heroes to worry about.

Looking forward to helping you transform your wardrobe!
