Okay, if the team at Arlington Home Interiors could have only one decorating accessory (which is admittedly impossible) it would be the tray. We use trays in every project. Stylish, functional, and visually interesting, trays make everything look neat and tidy and help rooms feel finished.

Decorative trays can be used almost anywhere in your home, such as on a coffee table, an ottoman, a nightstand, your dresser, your kitchen counter, your desk, even behind your toilet (talk about convenient!). And since you can find trays in a variety of sizes, shapes, colors, and textures, you can find one for any space.

Decorate your trays with flowers, books, magazines, candles, jewelry, special collections, and other small pieces of décor. Mix up your tray decor each season to freshen up your space with new pops of color.

Always losing your car keys or sunglasses? Add a tray to your entryway. Missing one of your favorite earrings? Try a tray on your dresser. “Honey, where is the TV remote?” I bet it’s on the tray on the coffee table.

Suzanne is a DC-area native who lives in Arlington with her husband Mark, two children, a reclusive cat and a sweet rescue dog. After earning a B.S. in Graphic Design from the University of Maryland, she focused her artistic energies in top creative positions for Britches of Georgetowne and Time-Life Entertainment. WIth the birth of child number two, Suzanne decided it was time for a little self re-invention, so she founded Arlington Home Interiors. Interior design proved to be the perfect outlet for her talents, allowing her to share her love of design with others by creating beautiful living spaces for busy families. Her off-the-clock list of interests is a long one, including; encouraging regular family adventures, exploring new cities, trying new restaurants, browsing art galleries, practicing yoga, and taking long hikes with that previously mentioned sweet dog.
