Scout & Molly’s is Participating in the Alexandria Warehouse Sale!

Many of you are familiar with the Annual Alexandria Warehouse Sale. Usually, it is a huge one-day sale in the ballroom of an Alexandria hotel where many boutiques come together to offer up to 80% off their end of season clothes, shoes, accessories, and gift items as they clear their racks to make room for new spring arrivals. COVID has changed this annual event like it has nearly everything else in our lives. I’m excited that this event will go on this year with a little different twist!

This weekend (February 6 and 7) The Alexandria Warehouse Sale will be taking place throughout Old Town. It will be spread out in stores, pop-up tents, and open retail space along King Street and several side streets. Hours will vary by store.

Scout & Molly’s Boutique will be participating as guests of Periwinkle.
We will be located in their courtyard at 111 S Columbus St (right off King St).
Hours will be 9am – 5pm Saturday and 11am – 5pm Sunday.

We will have several $25 and $50 racks along with a table of $10, $15, and $20 items. We will have many gems, including great jewelry, winter hats, scarves, and gift items.

Also, remember that our Final Winter Blowout Sale is going on at our Scout & Molly’s store located in Ballston Quarter. Everything in the store is 70% off. Store hours are M-T-W-Th from 12pm – 2pm and F-S from 11am – 3pm. We are also happy to schedule private appointments by texting (703) 362-5860.

I am new to the fashion world and loving it. My daughter, Betsy, and I own two Scout & Molly’s Boutiques – one in Reston Town Center and one in Ballston Quarter. Our stores are part of a franchise that allows its owners to curate their own collections. So, we are able to match the vendors and designs we bring into our stores to our customers. Thus, you will find unique items in both of our stores. In our Ballston store you will find trendy, reasonably priced clothes for a casual outing, your workday, and special occasions along with lots of fun accessories and gift ideas! Before Betsy and I started this adventure, I enjoyed a career in the private sector offering consulting services to small and medium sized companies. I also devoted a lot of my time to health, educational, cultural, and social service boards. Most recently, I served as Chairman of the Congressional Commission to Study the Potential for an American Women’s History Museum as part of the Smithsonian.
