Fringe Fun at Agents In Style

Fringe! One of the hottest trends for this spring is fringe. We love this trend, as it is a classic embellishment, and can be worked into your wardrobe in a variety of ways. At Agents In Style, we have many items that embrace the fringe look, from jackets to dresses to shoes.

One of our favorite designers is Tamara Mellon…you may know her shoe line (she started it after leaving Jimmy Choo) but did you know she also designs clothing? This leather fringed dress is a true statement piece (she makes skirts with this same detail). The leather is lightweight, and the fringe moves with you in an elegant way. Rock this with booties in the spring, then with amazing heels come summer.

If you’ve worked with us, you know we embrace breaking up a suit – wearing the jacket with great jeans, and pairing an upscale skirt like this with a denim or white shirt. Rhoda Wheeler established Agents In Style more than fifteen years ago, offering a broad range of image consulting services and opened the luxury boutique in late 2019. With a varied background in serving others, Rhoda brings her eye for style and skills in coaching to the boutique, offering styling services with new and consigned designer and high-end clothing and accessories. A graduate of Duke University and the University of Virginia, Rhoda is a mother of two daughters in their 20s, and lives in the Arlington Ridge neighborhood with her husband and pup. She is involved in several community and business groups, and is living the culmination of a lifelong dream. “I love working with and helping women to define and refine their personal style through the various transitions in life, and am grateful to offer them a place to connect and support each other.”

We also carry new clothing from small women-owned companies. Agents In Style is an inclusive environment, styling women of all ages and different stages of life.
